Beliau memiliki banyak pengalaman dalam proses strukturisasi, organization development, man power planning & selection, Staffing, Job Analysis, Organizational Design, Career Planning & Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Targeted Selection Process: Behavioral Event Interview; Training & Development.
