1. Female / 33 - 39 years old 2. Hold min Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting, master degree is preferred 3. Minimum 8 years experience in handling Finance and Human Resource area 4. Has a knowledge and familiarity in labor laws and employee administration 5. Fluent in English is a must
